Handmade Flowers

I've had fun this morning making some flowers. I've used a combination of 'cheapy' fabric flowers, Bella fabric flowers and paper flowers (from Bella and other sources) buttons and ribbons. These are simple and cost effective to make and can be personalized for your individual needs or tastes. Try misting flowers with Glimmermist or adding a print to them by stamping over the flower before assembling.

I have used buttons for the centres here but you could use a small chipboard, something 'bling' or a decorative brad. There are also 'bling' flower centres available that look fantastic too. Scour OP shops for older fancy/decorative buttons to tie in with a vintage theme. Age your flowers with inks, stains or sprays to achieve the vintage look as well.

Just assemble all your chosen components and glue together. Then glue to page, card or OTP project.
